What are the fees?


We will never charge you interest. Ever! For the $39 a week payment plan, we will just direct debit a maximum* of $39 a week from your credit card or bank account after you have had your first appointment which includes a $2 weekly account service fee. As part of these direct debits there is a one-off establishment fee of $39 when you sign up. Thats it! No other hidden fees! For the $79 a week payment plan, we will just direct debit a maximum* of $79 a week from your credit card or bank account after you have had your first appointment which includes a $2 weekly account service fee. As part of these direct debits there is a one-off establishment fee of $79 when you sign up. Thats it! No other hidden fees! *If you are late or miss a payment, there may be an additional charge of $29.

Can I still use my health insurance?


Yes! In fact, we encourage it. If you're using your health insurance only the outstanding gap payment will go towards your fund my dental payment plan. Eg. You get a crown for $1600 and your private health insurance covers $700 leaving a gap of $900. Add this to your Fund My Dental Payment plan and you can pay this $900 bill off in $39 interest free weekly payments (if you're on the $39 plan)

What are the limits of payment plan?


You have two choices. Either up to $1000 on the $39/week plan or up to $2000 on the $79/week plan to be used within 6 months.

Just your legal name, date of birth and residential address.




How long does it take for approval?


It's instant. Once approved, we'll send you an email confirming that you can start your treatment straight away.




When can I get my treatment?


You can get started as soon as you are approved, and we will pay for your treatment up to your limit for the next 6 months.




I am having payment difficulties, what do I do?

I am having an issue with my dentist, can you help?


Sorry to hear that. We encourage you to talk with your dentist to try and come up with a solution, but if you are unable to resolve the problem, please contact us and we may be able to guide you to other formal channels for you to register your complaint.




What should I do if I have a complaint with Fund My Dental?


Fund My Dental strives to provide the highest possible level of customer service to assure consumers that they can have confidence when dealing with our company at any level. We are proud of our customer service culture and make every effort to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive. However, should our customers feel that our service is not what it should be, we want to hear about it and resolve any issues. We will reply promptly to you once we are in receipt of any complaint. If after lodging a compliant with and providing us with time to respond and we do not reach agreement on your complaint what is next? We will organise a direct debit for the small interest free weekly payments so you dont have to worry! Just $39 this week and each week after until your balance is paid off with no hidden costs!
